The workshop&#039;s white paper took much longer to produce for reasons at least partly described in its&lt;br /&gt;
final public version.  I found the workshop itself very stimulating, instructive and hopeful.  But it does seem&lt;br /&gt;
that others were not as convinced as I that semantic capture at various levels of formality is well worth &lt;br /&gt;
attempting.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
